Situation:
In 2003, Stafford County made mandatory the use of low impact development design wherever practicable. However, the county lacked guidelines for designing LID projects. The county asked GKY to assist them in developing those guidelines.

- » Researched existing regulations of federal, state, and local governments for applicable guidelines
- » Educated local applicants and project engineers on how to apply the guidelines
